Finally, Livedoor/Lehman brothers reached 50.21% share of Nippon Broadcasting System. Now Livedoor is sure to control the company.
Soon after Tokyo District Court decided it is unlawful for Nippon Broadcasting System to issue new shares exclusively allotted to Fuji-Sankei Group, their challenge was rejected and Tokyo High Court supported lower court's decision. Now no new shares will be allowed to issue.
Livedoor/Lehman brothers won this war.
