Classification Matters

So sleepy, it's 3:30 am.
Last night I was classifying 402 items in alphabetical order and completed at this time last night. I can see my colleagues smiling at me. I did so at the expense of me but I am really satisfied.
Nothing changes if we just continue to complain about inefficiency in our workplace. But it took 6 hours to finish and of course no pay. I did it volunterily without being told by anyone.
That's real job in my terminology. Job is not do being told but find by myself and do. ' It is not important where we work but it is important what we gain from that.' When I finished saying so in front of my girlfriend, for the first time she hugged me first from her smiling with joy.
