It was yesterday when snowfall could be seen in South-West Islands- 28 degrees North, for the first time in 100 years.

It's definately an el-Nino year- the weather pattern in the Pacific has most certainly reversed, and reversed big time. Oregon, normally quite rainy this time of the year, is seeing what is for us typical June weather in February and March. 70 degrees, and while there are clouds, they're high with no appreciable rainfall, and it always turns blue by noon.Global warming, here we come- drought and all.My guess is that the storm you're talking about came down from Alaska-Siberia?--Instead of teaching our children the wrong example of genocide, go down in dignity and teach that we are stupid.

By the way, are you OK? Since I hadn't found your nickname as often as it used to be, I thought you started working in a company or so. If you were unwell, I hope you would get well soon.
I mean I miss you so much, wherever I read someboby's article, I was able to find your nickname.
As for this very unusual snowfall, I heard this one is not from Alaska, not from Siberia, but directly from Arctica, 36 minus degrees celsius, which covered over the island. So naturally so cold.
We say March is '3 day cold, 4 day warm' cycle, then eventually leads to a warm spring.--Ancient Greek Philosophers -18c Enlightenment Thinkers -Slashdotters [ Parent ]

Getting better slowly- have a lot of work to catch up on from being sick last week. They did transfer me to the Portland office- no firefox on this machine yet. It means a 40 minute commute instead of a 90- so I'll get a couple more hours a day.--Instead of teaching our children the wrong example of genocide, go down in dignity and teach that we are stupid.
