Sometime after a declaration of war was launched, it seemed no actual battle was not seen at the beginning of WWI. -It was so-called 'phoney war' at that time.
Japanese government already launched economic sanctions over North Korean ships, actually almost no North Korean ships are allowed to enter Japan's harbour as of March the 1st.
Funny indeed funny, no voices are heard from the North. Did we actually enter into war, phoney war?
