Burnt Out

Today I found I was not fully evaluated by my supervisor. My pay rise was just above minimum rate. I am totally discouraged to find myself to be just a pawn of the company. The feeling I did the job and evaluation they made are different, or just they know I worked hard and I contributed a lot to the increase of profit, but they just ignore because they are the ones who decide how much pay rise I should deserve. But mainly because I have been evade talking to them for it.
I am burnt out. But I quit my job. I sent my 2 cv to other companies, maybe I was unable to find the right place in this company. It's better not feel particular about only one fixed state, see the world in front of us is thus vast...
I never take negative thinking. I never fall in vicious circle of a kind. Then I changed my job for more than 15 times. I will just add another chance to my carrier that will end after some time.
