Double Sin

The Ice Wall written by one Japanese novelist committed two serious sins. He used to be a Novel candidate many times. The incident was based on a real story. By denying the fact that the rope might have untied for unspecified reasons, the story undermines the responsibility of the manufacturers. And the story casted the uncredibility on the climber's testimony in a court. Both factors exacerbated the reality or lesson to learn from the incident, instead, what the novelist did was to cover the reality and made it ambiguous, vague. Is that what the novelist ought to do? He did exactly opposit things that he ought not to do. Thus we were unable to draw any useful lessons from the story. It was just the third grade love story.
